Piotr Rusinek – Property Sourcing

Looking for a house

On Wednesday 6th December we have Piotr Rusinek joining us at the Freedom Property Co-Op. Piotr started his career in properties in a very organic way, by meeting his first employer at a 10-day silent meditation retreat.

Piotr’s role initially, was based around canvassing mortgage services at auctions but then he moved to being a property sourcer, where he sourced properties for clients in the Paddington, Maida Vale and St. Johns Wood areas.

Four years ago, Piotr founded his own property investment company, Synergy Property Partners, still remaining as a property investor in his own right. The value of the transactions he has conducted for clients and for himself– both buying and selling – is now in excess of £12 million.

Piotr was was one of the Top 5 performers on Simon Zutshi’s Property Mastermind programme in 2016. He has also presented to hundreds of investors at numerous investor meetings in London and the UK including; the Property Coffee Morning.
