Paul is a Land, Planning & Development expert with more than 30 years’ experience in the sector. Throughout his career he has purchased, gained planning permission for and built over 6,000 residential units and 2,500,000 sq. /ft. of commercial space. Following many years in senior positions with Laing Homes and Barratt Developments, 12 years ago he formed what is now a multi-million pound property development company, Millbank Group.  In 2013 Millbank won The Evening Standard New Homes Awards and continue develop throughout London and The South East.

The industry-standard fees payable for sourcing deals are 2% of the purchase price and most sites are worth well in excess of £1 million, so – a very basic site would pay YOU – £20,000 …and on a more typical purchase (certainly in London and the South East) of £5,000,000 a 2% fee would be £100,000.
